Caiel J. Noble Among University of Kansas Theatre Award Recipients

Forty-nine University of Kansas students received more than 75 awards and scholarships totaling more than $119,000 given by the Department of Theatre during the annual Stage Supper, which was last month on the Crafton-Preyer Theatre Stage.

Honorees included Caiel J. Noble, of Woodbridge, Va. Noble is a senior in theatre and earned a Friends of the Theatre Scholarship and Adah Clarke Hagan Scholarship.

Funds for the awards are managed by KU Endowment, the independent nonprofit foundation serving as the official fundraising and fund-management organization for KU. Founded in 1891, KU Endowment was the first foundation of its kind at a U.S. public university.
