Ryan Endres among winners of University of Kansas math department honors

The University of Kansas mathematics department recognized its undergraduate and graduate students and faculty for outstanding academic and teaching achievements at its 55th annual honors banquet April 24 at the KU Adams Alumni Center, including Ryan Endres, of Lenexa.

Endres was named a Rollin S. Wade New Student Scholar Spring 2012 and won first place for the Junior Level Math Prize Competition and top freshman award. He is the son of Robert and Tammy Endres. Endres is a sophomore in aerospace engineering.
