Sara Anderson Represents KU at the Rock Chalk Roadshow

The annual Rock Chalk Roadshow recently visited with students from 156 schools in 65 counties across Kansas.

University of Kansas representatives visited schools to meet with counselors, drop off materials and present to students during the day. Evening receptions with families and interested students were planned in five cities. KU students who graduated from area high schools were present to talk about their experiences as Jayhawks and to answer questions, including Sara Anderson, of Lindsborg. KU professors were also on hand to speak about academic and experiential learning opportunities.

Anderson is a graduate of Smoky Valley High School and is a junior studying German and global and international studies.

Evening events took place Aug. 25-29 in Garden City, Hays, Hutchinson, Manhattan and Salina.
